Job Title: Registered Nurse - High Acuity Cardiac Step Down Unit

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our High Acuity Cardiac Step Down Unit. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality care to patients with cardiac conditions and will thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
1. Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and implementing treatment plans.
2. Assess and evaluate patients' conditions, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and adjust care plans.
3. Monitor cardiac telemetry and respond to changes in patients' conditions promptly and effectively.
4. Educate patients and their families on cardiac conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
5. Adhere to best practices in nursing, promote patient safety, and maintain accurate medical records.

Requirements:
1. Active RN license and BLS certification.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an acute care setting, with a focus on cardiac care.
3. Proficiency in ECG monitoring and interpretation.
4. Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
5. Ability to work effectively in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment.
