**Job Summary:** We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Health Care Worker to provide care and support to our patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide personal care and assistance to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.

- Support patients with mobility and physical exercises as directed by healthcare professionals.

- Document patient care activities accurately and promptly.
- Assist with medical procedures and treatments as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
- Ability to handle physical tasks, such as lifting and moving patients.
