Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Registered Nurse with over 7 years of experience in medical-surgical wards, pediatric and emergency care settings, and tertiary hospitals. The ideal candidate is proficient in high-pressure environments and has a proven record of delivering safe, high-quality patient care. With licensure across multiple countries and strong multilingual capabilities, the nurse brings international standards and cultural sensitivity to every clinical interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Pediatric Nursing (THQ Hospital Matta Swat)

Assess children's medical needs and provide initial and ongoing care.
Monitor and respond to changes in patient symptoms and conditions.
Manage pain and emotional distress in pediatric patients.
Evaluate children for signs of neglect or abuse and respond accordingly.
Communicate and support families during illness or hospitalization of children.

Emergency Care Nursing (Farwania Hospital, Kuwait & Saidu Teaching Hospital, Pakistan)

Triage patients and prioritize care based on severity.
Administer emergency treatments, including life-saving medications and IV fluids.
Perform wound dressing, minor procedures, and trauma interventions.
Operate within strict hygiene and infection control protocols.

Cardiac Care Nursing (Mardan Medical Complex, Pakistan)

Monitor and interpret cardiac signs; coordinate emergency response.
Educate patients on medication usage and home care routines.
Support care plans through collaborative, multidisciplinary teamwork.

Nursery & NICU Nursing (North West General Hospital, Pakistan)

Administer medication and monitor neonates.
Conduct diagnostic tests and utilize monitoring equipment.
Maintain active communication with families regarding patient progress.

Qualifications:

BSN – Bachelor of Science in Nursing (CGPA 3.58) – Khyber Medical University, Pakistan
Valid NCLEX-RN License (USA), MOH Kuwait License, and Pakistan Nursing Registration
Strong command of English (OET Scores: B in Reading/Speaking), Arabic, Urdu, and Pashto
