Essential Job Functions:

• Provides necessary professional care and guidance with the scope of their licensure, in accordance with an established plan of care, in compliance with regulations.
• Conducts assessments/evaluations of residents' medical, physical, emotional, cognitive, and behavioral function and conditions according to Senior Star policies and procedures.
• Provides supervision and support of care partners and STNAs.
• Administers medication assistance to residents.
• Provides training for care partners and STNAs as needed.
